SHAWN HALVORSON
I am originally from the Twin Cities in Minnesota, although Hawaiʻi has been my home for the past 11 years. I have experience in woodworking, welding, landscaping, and furniture making. After arriving in Hawaiʻi, I worked for five years at a cabinet manufacturing company, where I gained experience in cabinet production, lacquer finishing, and programming and operating Homag CNC machines to design and build custom furniture.
Since 2019, I have worked as an architectural designer on Kauaʻi and Oʻahu, contributing to high-end residential, healthcare, and educational projects. My passion is residential design, where I can work closely with clients to improve their homes and build lasting relationships. I enjoy creating spaces that have a meaningful impact on how people live and experience their daily lives.
